The Calculating Method for Quality Target:
1.the product pass rate = the pass quantity/ the total quantity.* 100%
2.the defective rate of full inspection = the defective quantity /the inspection quantitiy *100% .
3.the pass rate of incoming material = the pass lot quantity/ the total lot quantity.* 100%.
4.the on-time rate of incoming material = the on-time lot quantity of incoming material / the total lot quantity of incoming material.* 100%.
5.the on-time rate of shipment = the real shipment / the expected shipment * 100%.
6.customer complaint rate = the complaint defect quantity/ the total shipment* 100%.
7.customer satisfaction = quality+ delivery time+ price= service.
